Welcome to Skin Perfect Medical Aesthetics Costa Mesa! About Us Skin Perfect Medical Aesthetics offers a luxurious and modern spa experience for patients. We offer a wide variety of the latest and most-advanced nonsurgical aesthetic treatments, including body sculpting, dermal fillers and neurotoxins, facial and laser treatments, muscle toning, and more! We are looking for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to assist with processing our patients. What You Will Be Doing You will be the face of Skin Perfect welcoming patients into our facility and assisting with their experience from their initial welcome through their treatments, final processing, and payment. You will perform routine reception and administrative tasks designed to keep the health practitioners and the office running smoothly. Answer and return follow-up phone calls, set appointments, and manage digital filing. Maintain the appearance of our lobby and product displays. Learn to introduce, discuss and upsell our advanced products and services with confidence to patients. Requirements & Qualifications 2 or more years of customer service experience. Med Spa experience is preferred, but not required. Call center experience is desirable for this position. Fluent Spanish speaker is highly desired, but not required. Must be available to work on Saturdays.
