Job Summary Responsible for managing referral process for patients requiring specialty care, diagnostic testing, and ancillary services. This role ensures timely, accurate, and coordinated communication between the provider, patient and external health care facilities to support continuity of care and optimize patient outcomes. Will float to nearby clinics as needed. Willing and able to travel to multiple worksites. J ob Re q u i reme nts
Minimum Education Requirement:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirement:
Three to five (3-5) years in a healthcare setting is preferred. Computer and customer service skills.
Minimum License Requirement:
None. Must travel to multiple clinics
Mon-Fri:
8am-5pm Delivering world-class health care one patient at a time.
Pay Range:
$21.00
