Full-Time, Monday through Friday (with rotating on-call responsibilities)Salary Range:
$72,500- $77,500 annually,
DOE What You'll Do:
The Impact You'll Make As the Program Manager- Interim Housing, you will oversee daily program operations, supervise staff, and ensure the delivery of safe, structured, and high-quality services aligned with Alcott's mission and harm reduction philosophy.
What You'll Bring:
Your Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field, or equivalent experience (minimum four years) Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in social services, housing, or behavioral health programs Experience working with individuals with mental health and substance use challenges Strong knowledge of community resources and service coordination Experience with DHS or county-funded programs is a plus Master's degree in a related field is preferred Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus Skills and Abilities Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage crises and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure program compliance Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and data tracking systems Requirements Must successfully pass Live Scan fingerprint clearance and background check Valid California Driver's License, clean driving record, and insurability Why Join Alcott?
