Dietary Manager - Skilled Nursing Facility Are you an experienced Dietary Manager looking to make a meaningful impact in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting? We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and knowledgeable leader to oversee our dietary department and ensure our residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals every day.

Experience Required:

Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or healthcare dietary management role is required .

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily operations of the dietary department Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Create and manage staff schedules Train, mentor, and supervise dietary team members Collaborate with nursing staff, administration, and dietitians Maintain accurate documentation, audits, and quality assurance standards Support menu planning and special dietary needs of residents Foster a clean, safe, and resident-focused environment

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Dietary Manager in an SNF or healthcare setting Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of nutrition, food safety, and regulatory requirements Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively ServSafe certification (preferred or required—insert facility preference)
