Job Description
We highly value experience in the aesthetics industry and the ability to effectively talk about plastic surgery and medical spa services. Phone skills are a premium, as much of the job involves coordinating with patients via phone. A Plastic Surgery Scheduler will work closely with our surgeons, front office staff, surgery center and managers to strategically coordinate the surgery schedule. Medical terminology and customer service are the top qualifications for this position. Most of all, we're looking for a candidate who is easy to work with, willing to go the extra mile and dedicated to professionalism and patient care.
