Patient Experience Specialist Helping Children Thrive Through Better Breathing, Growth, Feeding, and Sleep Flourish Airway Collective | Danville, CA | Part- time/ Full-Time Flourish Airway Collective is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated team member to help support children and families through their airway, growth, feeding, and developmental journeys. This position is much more than a traditional clinical assistant role. You will help guide families through treatment, support providers during patient visits, and create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Assist providers during non-sterile clinical procedures Support patient visits, education, and treatment coordination Take clinical photographs and records Assist with airway, growth, and developmental evaluations Communicate with patients and families regarding care and follow-up Coordinate treatment plans and patient communication Support therapists and providers in delivering outstanding care Help create a warm, welcoming experience for every family

Ideal Backgrounds Include:

Dental assisting Teaching or education Speech or occupational therapy support Child development or psychology Healthcare or pre-health studies Hospitality or customer service Parents returning to the workforce Experience is helpful but not required.
