Job Description

Overview:
University Retirement Community (URC) is a vibrant not-for-profit Life Plan Community located in Davis, California, offering a welcoming environment and a full continuum of care. We are seeking a Facility Services Coordinator to support daily operations, ensure timely completion of maintenance projects, and serve as a key point of contact for residents and team members. What You'll Be Doing Coordinate and track facility services projects while supporting department priorities and administrative tasks. Serve as the primary contact for resident requests, questions, and service needs, ensuring timely follow-up and high customer satisfaction. Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including entering work orders, prioritizing tasks, tracking completion, and generating reports. Support project coordination, documentation, and communication for maintenance, construction, and facility-related initiatives. Maintain records for permits, contractor compliance, fire life safety documentation, and assist with emergency preparedness planning. 7:30am - 4pm PST, Monday -
Friday Pay:
$23.00 to $25.50 / hr DOE About You Minimum of one year of experience in facility services, building operations, or an office environment. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Knowledge of facility management processes and tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred.
