If so, look no further. Sierra Vista Hospital is seeking a talented and dedicated Outpatient Clinical Manager for our Outpatient Services Department in Davis, CA. Davis is a vibrant, multicultural, and diverse community located in the heart of the Sacramento Valley region. It is also home to the nationally renowned University of California, Davis. The Clinical Manager is a leader who strongly believes in the mission of improving access to care and who is skilled in motivating a team to deliver exceptional service. The Outpatient Clinical Manager will lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and play a key role in supporting our mission of providing on-going and research based Behavioral Health treatment in a structured therapeutic environment. The Outpatient Clinical Manager position is a dynamic role that provides both administrative leadership and clinical oversight to a growing multidisciplinary team of RNs, master's‑level therapists, case managers, and licensed therapists. Our Outpatient Department offers a wide range of programs, including Partial Hospitalization, Dual Diagnosis PHP, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Chemical Dependency IOP, Adolescent PHP, and Adolescent IOP.

Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience in a psychiatric and mental health field, with a minimum of two (2) years of advanced clinical or management practice preferred. The position requires have master's degree in counseling, Psychology or Social Work and has LMFT, LCSW or LPCC. If you are ready to join us, please apply!
