Job Description

Dixon Plaza Dental Care is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Administrator to join our growing team! We are looking for someone who enjoys helping patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.
Position:
Full-Time Front Desk Administrator Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment Knowledge of dental insurance verification and scheduling preferred Experience with Open Dental software is recommended; however, we are willing to train the right candidate Treatment planning and case presentation experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients Schedule appointments and manage the provider schedule Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility using Verrific Review treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records Proactively contact patients for overdue recall and continuing care appointments Fill openings in the schedule due to cancellations or changes Assist with patient retention and reactivation efforts Coordinate patient communications via phone, text, and email Help maintain an efficient, productive, and full schedule for providers
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is comfortable making outbound calls, building relationships with patients, presenting treatment recommendations, and helping maintain a productive schedule through recall and patient reactivation efforts.
Compensation:
