Job Summary Life Medical Home Care Services is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to assist patients, caregivers, physicians, and referral sources. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced medical environment. Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish required Up to 2 years of customer service experience Medical office experience preferred Strong telephone and communication skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Basic computer skills and data entry experience DME experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist patients and referral sources Schedule appointments and deliveries Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Obtain and track authorizations Communicate with physicians, hospitals, and insurance companies Document patient interactions accurately Assist with order intake and processing Maintain patient records and files Provide exceptional customer service at all times Benefits Full-Time Position Monday-Friday Paid Holidays Friendly Team Environment About Us Life Medical Home Care Services specializes in Complex Rehab Technology and Durable Medical Equipment, including power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, scooters, seating systems, ramps, and other mobility equipment.
