Applicants must have prior experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and medical billing —please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement. We are a casual but very busy multi-specialty medical office , looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end RCM processes, including all aspects of medical billing. Responsibilities include accounts receivable (A/R) follow-up, managing appeals, and handling all facets of A/R operations. This role may also involve coordinating surgical billing with coders, submitting surgical claims, and following up with insurance companies on outstanding or unpaid claims. Candidates should have experience supervising both in-house and remote billing staff. We are looking for a dedicated professional committed to delivering high-quality RCM services.
