✨ Scheduling Coordinator πŸ“ In-office | Full-time πŸ“ 4939 Hillsdale Circle, El Dorado Hills, CA 95762 About the Opportunity Poppy Hill Dental Implants & Oral Surgery is opening a new, state-of-the-art practice and is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to deliver an exceptional patient experience from the first call through treatment. We are looking for a fun, hardworking, compassionate team player to help us grow the practice and serve our community with all their oral surgery needs. What You ll Do Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to patients and referring offices Greet patients and manage front desk operations Schedule appointments to optimize provider productivity and patient satisfaction Manage daily schedules and patient flow Prepare patient charts and verify information Collect patient financial responsibility Maintain accurate scheduling and patient records Keep the front office clean, organized, and professional Build relationships with referring offices and internal teams Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of customer service or front office experience Dental or medical scheduling experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and phone skills Friendly, professional demeanor and strong attention to detail What We Offer Competitive pay, bonus potential, and annual merit reviews Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) with HDHP health plans PTO, Sick Time, Paid Holidays, Paid Parental Leave Short- and Long-Term Disability 401(k) Plan with Company Match Employee Assistance Program (EAP) FIGS Scrubs Provided We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
