JOB FUNCTIONS

Answers phones, greets patients, schedules patients, tracks prescriptions and approved visits, provides general administrative support for the office (data entry, update database, file paperwork, etc). Protects and honors client and co-worker confidentiality. Interacts and communicates effectively with colleagues and all levels of management. •

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of Microsoft applications and proficient in Word and Excel and Google Docs/Sheets. Accurate data entry skills. Organized, flexible and attention to detail. Customer Service is a MUST. Team player, ability to multi-task and take on new tasks. • Ability to work in both locations - Solana Beach & Encinitas •

PART TIME
