Schedule:
Up to 40 hours - Flexible/Daily 8 hour shift- Client hours from Mon to Sun 8 am to 8 pm All required trainings, meetings, and certifications will be scheduled and compensated in compliance with applicable wage and hour laws, including overtime where applicable. •Typically scheduled on Wednesdays from 9 am to 12 pm.

Position Summary The Assistant Clinical Supervisor at Advanced Crisis Solutions (ACS) assists the clinical supervisor with all clinical aspects of client care, including assessment, treatment planning, case supervision, and programming throughout the client's cycle of treatment. This role partners with Case Managers, clients, and key stakeholders, such as caregivers, Adult Residential Facilities (ARFs), and funding sources, to promote independence, improve quality of life, and reduce challenging behaviors. The Assistant Clinical Supervisor ensures adherence to ethical standards, assists with the development of individualized behavior-analytic treatment plans, analyzes data to guide interventions, trains staff and caregivers, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams. The position requires demonstrated expertise working with adults and children with developmental disabilities. Essential Functions Adherence to ethical standards and guidelines set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Assist in the development of individualized, function-based treatment plans based on the principles of ABA. Assist in the design and implementation of data collection systems to monitor client progress. Assist in the regular data analysis to assess the effectiveness of behavior interventions and adjust plans accordingly. Assist in documentation and maintenance of assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with professionals (e.g., psychologists, educators, and therapists) and stakeholders (e.g., families, caregivers, funding sources, community resources) to provide support and guidance. Facilitation of meetings and discussions to ensure coordination of care and effective communication. Assist in training caregivers and staff on the effective implementation of behavior intervention plans. Maintains dependable and regular attendance, including availability to work scheduled hours, attend required meetings, and meet the operational needs of the assigned caseload, consistent with applicable leave laws and reasonable accommodation requirements. Other duties as assigned Required Education/Professional Certifications Possesses a Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree Required certifications will be provided and compensated in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws. Certification status may impact an employee's ability to work in client homes. (i.e., CPR, PCM, Ukeru, PMO, etc.) Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Any post-offer medical inquiries or screenings will be conducted in compliance with the ADA and California FEHA and will be job-related and consistent with business necessity. Background checks will be conducted in compliance with the California Fair Chance Act, including individualized assessment, notice, and opportunity to respond where required. Possession of a valid driver's license with driving record meeting company insurance carrier, fleet eligibility standards and proof of insurance. Required certifications will be provided and compensated in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws. Certification status may impact an employee's ability to work in client homes. (i.e., CPR, PCM, Ukeru, PMO, etc.) Must have access to reliable transportation for consistent travel. Must be able to travel by car as needed for job duties. Regularly use electronic devices such as phones, computers, tablets, or other screens. Comply with company dress, hygiene, and professional presentation standards consistent with client safety and workplace professionalism. Preferred Experience Possesses a Master of Arts or Science Degree Possesses a BCaBA certification 2+ years of relevant education or training experience Specific technical skills Google Workspace Data analysis/reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets) Electronic Medical Records Software Specific soft skills - Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, adaptability, empathy, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively, prioritize responsibilities, and support both clients and team success. Working Conditions / Physical Demands This position requires occasional lifting and carrying of items up to 50 lbs. May participate in team-based physical intervention or client safety procedures that may involve exerting force exceeding 100 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation, consistent with safety training protocols. The role involves frequent standing, walking, sitting, typing or handling materials, outward reaching, reaching above shoulder height, and bending. Climbing, crawling, and squatting or kneeling are required occasionally. The employee will frequently push or pull loads up to 12 lbs., and may occasionally be required to push or pull weights ranging from 13-100 lbs. All physical interventions are conducted strictly in accordance with company-approved safety training protocols (e.g., PCM, Ukeru) and are designed to minimize risk of injury to clients and staff. No employee is required to perform interventions outside the scope of their training or certification.
