  • Full-time We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Director to oversee two dual-diagnosis PHP/IOP programs operating within the same California facility.
This leadership role is ideal for a clinically strong professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced behavioral health environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality care to individuals struggling with mental health and substance use disorders. The ideal candidate will be a licensed LCSW or LMFT in California with the ability to provide clinical supervision. Prior experience working in a private, for-profit behavioral health treatment setting is highly preferred. This position does not require on-call responsibilities.
Schedule :
Monday-Friday, 8:00am
  • 5:00pm PST Responsibilities Oversee daily clinical operations for two PHP/IOP programs within the same facility Provide clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians and treatment staff Ensure quality patient care and compliance with all state, licensing, and accreditation standards Support and mentor therapists, case managers, and clinical support staff Maintain strong clinical documentation standards and ensure timely completion of records Assist with program development, clinical quality improvement, and implementation of evidence-based practices Collaborate with medical, admissions, operations, and executive leadership teams Monitor census, staffing needs, and overall program performance Facilitate team meetings, case consultations, and clinical trainings Promote a positive, ethical, and team-oriented culture throughout both programs Qualifications Active California LCSW or LMFT license required Must be eligible and able to provide clinical supervision in California Prior leadership or supervisory experience in behavioral health treatment required Experience working in dual-diagnosis treatment strongly preferred Prior experience in a private, for-profit treatment setting preferred Strong understanding of PHP and/or IOP levels of care Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
Pay:
$120,000.00
