ABOUT THE ROLE
We're a growing Durable Medical Equipment company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional to join our small, high-impact team. In this role, you'll touch every aspect of DME operations — helping patients access the mobility equipment that meaningfully improves their quality of life. This is a real opportunity to grow with an organization that values initiative and long-term commitment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Complex rehab support Partner with our Mobility Specialist through every stage of the evaluation and documentation process to ensure patients receive the right equipment. Patient communication Proactively contact patients about equipment status, coordinate appointments, and conduct consistent follow-ups to keep care on track. Intake & coordination Manage patient intake, perform insurance verification, generate tickets, and schedule deliveries with accuracy and efficiency. Professional liaison Build lasting relationships with physicians' offices, therapists, and hospitals to obtain required documentation and deliver timely service. Administrative & billing support Monitor office communications and prepare accurate documentation for Medicare, Medi-Cal, and private insurance billing.

QUALIFICATIONS
Previous healthcare or DME experience is preferred but not required, as we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate. Entry-level and advanced-level positions are available based on experience. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in basic office software (Email, Excel, etc.).
