Position Overview Kings View is seeking a SUD Clinical Supervisor (Certified) to provide clinical leadership, supervision, program oversight, and quality assurance for Substance Use Disorder programs across multiple service locations. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and oversight to counseling staff Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and CLAS standards Conduct staff meetings, coaching, evaluations, and staff development Coordinate volunteer and intern programs Conduct chart audits and quality assurance reviews Approve client dismissals, reinstatements, and completions Monitor program outcomes and operational performance Support regulatory reviews and program development initiatives Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent service delivery What You'll Bring High School Diploma or equivalent SUD Certification in good standing through a DHCS-recognized certifying agency Valid California Driver's License (Class C) Five (5) years of directly related SUD experience Knowledge of SUD laws, regulations, and clinical practices Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Associate degree or
