$1,000 Glen Park Senior Living is now seeking someone to join our team as an Assistant Administrator! As a leader in the senior housing industry, Glen Park in Glendale is looking for a leader who is an expert at building personal relationships with potential residents and their families. Glen Park's mission is to provide caring, dignified, and affordable services to seniors in our community. Our organization has been around since 1968. Job Duties and Responsibilities Under the direction of the Executive Director, by generally accepted administrative practices. Maintain personnel records and documentation standards called for by Title 22, Title 17, and company policies. Serve as backup to the Executive Director.
Required skills and qualifications:
Completion of an approved residential-elderly administrator certification program. Completion of at least 15 college or continuing education units. At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Current training in first aid and CPR. Have the personal characteristics, physical energy, and competence to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.
