Who We're Looking For Minimum Requirements:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active and unrestricted dental license in the State of CA. Minimum 5 years of clinical dental experience. Minimum 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience. Strong understanding of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and clinical operations. Experience working in an FQHC, community health center, public health, or safety-net setting. Preferred Experience with HRSA compliance and UDS reporting. Experience leading integrated care initiatives. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Your Role in Action As our Clinical Dental Director, you will: Lead and oversee all clinical dental services and providers. Establish and maintain evidence-based clinical standards and protocols. Conduct peer reviews, chart audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection control, and risk management. Recruit, mentor, and support dentists. Foster a positive, collaborative, and mission-focused culture. Conduct provider evaluations and performance coaching. Ensure compliance with HRSA, FTCA, OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental regulations. Maintain documentation and quality standards across the dental program.
