  • 6:00 PM), with occasional evenings/weekends as needed Position Overview Bight Bay Care (BB Care) is seeking a dedicated and experienced RBT Supervisor / ABA Program Lead to support clinical excellence and day-to-day service delivery across our centers.
In this role, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA / Clinical Director to oversee ABA programming, supervise Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and ensure high-quality, consistent care for our clients. This is a leadership-track position designed for individuals preparing for BCBA-level responsibilities while remaining hands-on in clinical operations. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Oversight Support development and implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision Ensure programs are implemented with fidelity across all assigned clients Monitor client progress and recommend program adjustments based on data Supervision & Training Provide direct supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs Conduct competency checks and ensure adherence to clinical protocols Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of new staff Assessment & Program Support Assist in conducting assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland) Support identification of target behaviors and skill acquisition goals Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Family & Team Collaboration Participate in caregiver training and parent support sessions Communicate effectively with families regarding progress and expectations Collaborate with BCBAs, Clinical Directors, and operations team Operations & Scheduling Support Help maintain consistent service delivery and client attendance Support schedule adjustments, coverage, and staffing coordination Ensure compliance with payer, Medicaid, and ACP documentation standards Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field Minimum 2 years of ABA or behavior intervention experience Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Ability to supervise, coach, and support clinical staff Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations if needed Required Certifications (or willingness to obtain) RBT Certification (preferred or must obtain within 60 days) CPR & First Aid Certification Negative TB test (within required timeframe) Background check clearance Preferred Qualifications Experience in a supervisory or lead RBT role Bilingual (Spanish preferred) Experience with CentralReach or similar EMR systems Currently pursuing BCBA certification (highly preferred) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate: $28
