Rehabilitation Program Manager Salary:

$104,000 - $135,200 annually Full/Part Time Sign-on Bonus Available!

Supervises the scheduling of residents for therapy services. Manages therapy programs provided by Physical, Occupational, and Speech-Language Pathology. Responsible for clinical performance for the rehabilitation department. Responsible for the financial performance of the rehabilitation department. Maintains confidentiality of patient records. Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.

Rehabilitation Program Manager Entry Qualifications and Skills:

Degree from an accredited school in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology. Current valid state licensure as a PT, OT, or SLP where applicable. Three to Five years (3-5) clinical experience preferred. Mariner Healthcare reserves the right to discontinue any bonus program at anytime.
