Clinical Supervisor / Clinical Director Who This Role Is For This position is designed specifically for Master's‑level clinicians with experience in education or school‑based services who are pursuing—or plan to pursue— BCBA certification .If you are looking for:

Position Overview The Assistant Clinical Supervisor supports the oversight and delivery of school‑based ABA programs under the guidance of a BCBA. The role blends clinical programming, staff mentoring, and systems‑level collaboration within K‑12 environments. Responsibilities are intentionally scaffolded to prepare candidates for independent BCBA practice , with increasing autonomy based on demonstrated competence. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Programming (School‑Based) Support functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavior intervention plans (BIP) Monitor student progress using data‑driven decision making Assist with treatment plan updates under BCBA supervision Ensure fidelity of interventions across classroom and campus settings Staff Support & Coaching Provide real‑time feedback to Behavior Technicians and instructional staff Model effective ABA strategies within classroom environments Support onboarding and professional skill development of school‑based staff Supervision & Professional Development Participate in case reviews, leadership meetings, and clinical consultations Develop skills in clinical documentation, ethical decision‑making, and supervision Gradually assume increased responsibility based on readiness and performance Required Qualifications (Applicants Must Have) Master's degree (MA/MS) in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a closely related field Experience providing services in educational or school‑based settings Eligible to accrue BCBA supervision hours under BACB guidelines Strong professional judgment, organization, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience mentoring staff, paraprofessionals, or educators Familiarity with IEPs, multidisciplinary teams, and school‑based service models BCBA Supervision & Career Pathway We provide paid BCBA supervision aligned with BACB requirements, including: Regular or concentrated supervision options (based on eligibility) Supervision by experienced, school‑based BCBAs Planned, consistent supervision schedules Access to unrestricted activities tied to real clinical and leadership work Supervision includes direct exposure to: Program development and revision Staff performance and feedback systems School collaboration and systems navigation Ethical and compliance‑driven decision‑making What We Offer Competitive compensation aligned with supervisory responsibilities Paid BCBA supervision Clear advancement pathway to Clinical Supervisor / BCBA roles Supportive, mission‑driven leadership Ongoing professional development within school systems Who Thrives in This Role Master's‑level clinicians committed to school‑based ABA Future BCBAs seeking ethical, structured supervision Professionals who want to lead and mentor within schools , not just carry a caseloadPay:
