With three new clinic openings in the past five years, the company continues to experience strong growth while maintaining a reputation for clinical excellence and outstanding patient care. This Clinical Director role combines hands-on clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, spending approximately 60% of time providing direct patient care and 40% managing, mentoring, and developing a team of Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys treating patients while helping lead a growing team and advancing their career within an expanding organization. Responsibilities Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy treatment and patient care Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 10 PTs and PTAs Drive clinical quality, patient outcomes, and team performance Assist with staffing, scheduling, KPI adherence, and clinic operations Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused culture Weekly staff one-on-one meetings Monthly meetings with Fitness Director for referral/growth review Partner with leadership to support continued growth and operational excellence Ideal Candidate Profile Licensed Physical Therapist in California 3+ years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising clinicians preferred Strong clinical skills with a passion for patient outcomes Effective communicator with proven leadership ability Growth-minded professional interested in advancing within a rapidly expanding organization Comfortable balancing patient care responsibilities with team leadership What's Offered Structured Incentive Compensation Plan/bonus Flexible work schedule options Leadership and career advancement opportunities Established patient volume and strong clinical support Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing organization
