Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment for patients while supporting the clinical team with vital administrative functions. Responsibilities Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal clinic flow and minimal wait times Greet patients warmly, assist with check-in procedures, and address their inquiries professionally Maintain accurate and organized medical records in compliance with privacy regulations Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently to support clinic operations Assist with billing processes, insurance verifications, and documentation requirements Skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Strong computer skills and ability to learn dental softwares. Energetic,professional and attentive to details.
