About Us We are a growing Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) center focused on delivering exceptional patient care while expanding access to advanced hyperbaric medicine services. We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day management and growth of our practice. This position is ideal for a healthcare leader who can manage operations, staff, insurance processes, patient experience, referral development, and business growth. Position Summary The Hyperbaric Operations Manager will oversee all clinical and administrative operations of the practice. This individual will be responsible for ensuring efficient patient flow, maintaining compliance and documentation standards, managing personnel, driving business development, and maximizing utilization of the hyperbaric chambers. The ideal candidate combines strong healthcare operations experience with a growth-oriented mindset and a proven ability to build successful patient programs. Key Responsibilities Operations & Leadership Oversee daily operations of the hyperbaric center Manage front office staff, patient coordinators, and hyperbaric technicians Develop and implement policies and procedures Ensure excellent patient experience and service standards Monitor clinic performance metrics and financial results Maintain staffing schedules and operational efficiency Coordinate physician, nursing, and technician workflows Hyperbaric Program Management Supervise hyperbaric chamber operations and treatment scheduling Ensure compliance with UHMS, safety, and regulatory standards Monitor treatment utilization and chamber efficiency Coordinate equipment maintenance and vendor relationships Assist in implementation of new programs and service lines Insurance & Documentation Oversee insurance verification and prior authorization processes Manage Medicare, commercial insurance, and workers compensation approvals Ensure documentation supports medical necessity requirements Monitor claim denials and appeals processes Work closely with providers to improve charting accuracy and reimbursement Maintain compliance with payer requirements and audits Business Development & Growth Develop relationships with physicians, hospitals, wound care centers, podiatrists, vascular surgeons, plastic surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, infectious disease specialists, and primary care providers Implement referral development strategies Track referral source performance and conversion metrics Identify new market opportunities and partnerships Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives Drive growth in patient volume and revenue Financial Management Manage budgets and operational expenses Track key performance indicators Improve profitability and operational efficiency Monitor revenue cycle performance Develop and implement growth initiatives Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years healthcare management experience Experience managing medical office operations Knowledge of insurance authorization and reimbursement processes Experience with EMR systems and healthcare documentation Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements Proven leadership and staff management experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to analyze financial and operational performance Preferred Qualifications Hyperbaric medicine experience Wound care experience Prior experience with Medicare and commercial payer authorizations Hyperbaric program administration experience Medical sales or physician referral development experience Experience growing healthcare practices Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT) background Nursing, respiratory therapy, EMT, or healthcare administration background Success Metrics Increased patient volume Improved chamber utilization Growth in referral sources Reduced insurance denials Improved collections and reimbursement High patient satisfaction Staff retention and performance Practice profitability Benefits Competitive salary Performance-based bonus plan Paid time off Health benefits Professional development opportunities Potential profit-sharing for exceptional performance

$95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
