  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LMFT Supervisor to lead a team focused on providing exceptional support and services in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in mental health counseling, special education, or related fields. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and cultivating a supportive atmosphere for both staff and clients. Responsibilities Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. Oversee case consultation and support complex clinical presentations, including trauma, crisis intervention, and high-risk cases. Review and approve documentation, treatment plans, and clinical assessments for quality and compliance. Implement and monitor programs related to individual and family counseling. Utilize cognitive behavioral therapy techniques as needed to support client needs. Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations while managing medical records and sensitive information. Conduct crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to clients in distress. Collaborate with other professionals to develop comprehensive care plans for individuals and families. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for both clients and staff. Requirements Proven experience in mental health counseling. Familiarity with ICD-10 coding and documentation practices is preferred. Strong understanding of crisis intervention strategies. Experience working with children in a therapeutic or educational setting is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations. Knowledge of data collection methods and record management practices. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating leadership qualities.
