Patient Care Coordinator Sculpt MD MedSpa 1038 Murrieta Blvd, Suite B, Livermore, CA 94550 Job Type Full-Time In-Person Compensation $50,000 Annual Base Salary $3,000+ in Annual Commissions Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Health Insurance Employee Discounts on Services About Us Sculpt MD MedSpa is a growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and results. We are seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, building relationships, and contributing to the growth of a fast-paced medical practice. Position Summary The Patient Care Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for patients and prospective patients. This individual will be responsible for patient communication, appointment scheduling, lead follow-up, patient conversions, and delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the patient journey. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable speaking with patients by phone, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and HIPAA compliance. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective, current, and inactive patients Answer inbound calls and assist patients with scheduling consultations and treatments Serve as a New Patient Coordinator and guide patients through the onboarding process Schedule consultations, follow-up appointments, and laboratory appointments Follow up with leads and patient inquiries Educate patients on services, promotions, and treatment options Maintain accurate patient documentation within company systems Track patient communication and sales activity Assist in achieving monthly clinic sales and conversion goals Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience Qualifications Minimum 2 years of customer service, patient coordination, sales, call center, or medical office experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls Experience with scheduling software, EMR systems, or CRM systems preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and demeanor Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Preferred Experience Med Spa experience Medical office experience Cosmetic, wellness, hormone therapy, or weight loss industry experience Phone sales experience Patient conversion and follow-up experience
