Your Role:
Clinical Supervisor
  • DTI
  • Sign-on Bonus:
    $5,000!
  • Pay:
    $88,000
  • $92,000 (depending on experience as well as eligible stipends)
Bilingual Stipend:
$5,000/annually
Intensive Stipend:
$3,000/annually
Geographic Differential:
$3000/annually
Your Toolkit Should Include:
Active California LMFT, LCSW, or Registered Psychologist license (or license-eligible/waivered status per DMH requirements) 3+ years of experience working with children in behavioral health or related settings 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, therapeutic milieu, and child/family systems Familiarity with Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services, Title 9, and DMH documentation standards Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to support staff, manage program operations, and maintain compliance standards Valid California Driver's License Bilingual Spanish preferred

Leading and supporting a trauma-informed therapeutic milieu for children and families Supervising, coaching, and developing multidisciplinary behavioral health staff Coordinating care with schools, caregivers, community partners, and referral agencies Overseeing treatment planning, service delivery, documentation, and program compliance Managing daily operations including staffing, scheduling, census, and workflow Supporting crisis response, behavioral interventions, and client engagement strategies Ensuring services align with Medi-Cal, Title 9, and LA County DMH standards Building strong partnerships with families and community providers to promote continuity of care Monitoring program quality, clinical outcomes, and operational effectiveness Helping create a safe, structured, and supportive environment where children can thrive Perks That Pack a
