Legal Practice Coordinator (Litigation) | Los Angeles ???? A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Practice Coordinator to join its Los Angeles office. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned litigation professional to work closely with the firm's Managing Partner and support a dynamic team handling general and real estate litigation, insurance recovery, and environmental matters . If you're a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to connect. ? What You'll Do Provide high-level administrative and litigation support, including new matter intake, conflict checks, billing, and expense reporting Draft, format, proofread, and redline legal documents (pleadings, discovery, etc.) Manage state, federal, and appellate e-filing with strong knowledge of court procedures Coordinate depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and more Maintain calendars, case files, and travel arrangements with precision Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and internal staff Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Prioritize competing deadlines while supporting a collaborative team environment ? What You Bring 5+ years of litigation secretary experience (large law firm preferred) Strong understanding of litigation processes and court filings Proficiency in e-filing across state and federal courts Experience with document management systems and legal technology Ability to multitask and work overtime when needed
