Office Manager/Patient Care Coordinator Aluma Medical Aesthetics Woodland Hills, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $25 - $27 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Attention to detail Managing sales clients Cleaning Medical Assisting Customer interaction during outreach Full Job Description ALUMA Medical Aesthetics is looking for a Full-Time (to begin at part-time until fully trained) reliable, proactive, positive, and self-reliant Office Manager/ Patient Care Coordinator, who is eager to thrive in a growing Medical Spa. Our team is comprised of hard working, thoughtful, and visionary Boss Babes! The ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic and has experience in medical assisting/ aesthetics, paired with injectables product knowledge. Being comfortable with aesthetic consultations and sales is required. We also are looking for a candidate that is creative and confident in driving new sales while remaining focused on client retention. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and 5 star customer service background/skills are attributes we look for in candidates. Daily tasks include answering phones and calling clients, booking appointments for Provider, assisting in clinic with patient flow, managing injectable inventory, patient follow ups, assisting in creating social media posts, patient outreach to keep the schedule busy/notifying of specials, attending ongoing trainings and team meetings, and ensuring the clinic is clean, well stocked, and operational.
Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
