program. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Must be available Mon-Fri from 2pm-8pm This is a part time position! Approximately 10-22 hours per week - At myHHBS, we want to build an organization devoted to the well-being of our community, families, and individuals. Our priority is ethical practice. If we can't do it ethically, we don't do it! Location - East Los Angeles, Huntington Park, Downtown Los Angeles Job Duties and Responsibilities Provide one-on-one supervision to the therapist and case. Provide one-on-one parent training on the case. Provide therapist on case with supervision, guidance, and training in behavior analytic antecedent control procedures, teaching strategies, and consequence interventions Ensure that the program is being implemented correctly and consistently. Conduct quality control processes for clinical treatment, schedule/cancellation, signatures for rendered sessions, therapist performance, consistent data collection, and more. Collect accurate data that will be reviewed by a BCBA for Progress Report completion. Meet with your BCBA once a month to review cases. Provide direct therapy sessions to the client if your behavior therapist is absent and cannot provide the treatment session.
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments Pay:
$36.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 10-22 hours per week Requirements Qualifications Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis OR at least 5 courses must be completed in a Masters ABA program. Transcripts Required Minimum 2 years of experience providing ABA services to children with Autism. Expertise in the development of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs. Experience supervising RBT/Behavior Technicians (Therapists) - Preferred. Must have reliable transportation. Solid technical skills and passion for quality service. Organized and efficient, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Positive and professional team player. Excellent interpersonal and social skills, able to connect easily with others.
