About Golden State Orthopedics & Spine We're proud to be a leader in the orthopedic healthcare industry and one of the largest orthopedic practices in the Western United States. About the Role We are looking for a Full Time Clinic Manager to oversee our Los Gatos, Morgan Hill, and Mountain View offices. Please note this role requires travel between the clinic locations. What You'll Do Overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, including patient flow and resource allocation Providing management oversight and delegating responsibility to appropriate clinic leads and clinic staff Overseeing provider templates, utilization, and staffing support Work closely with the Director of Clinical Operations to produce monthly reporting including but not limited to patient volume, staff overtime, schedule capacities, timely patient care, etc. Maintain and coordinate patient communication pathways throughout the clinic Coordinating development for new hire training with the Director of Clinical Operations Conducting regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback as needed Monitoring performance of department staff including evaluation and development of key performance indicators Implementing and maintaining quality assurance programs to uphold the highest standards of patient care Collaborating with providers to implement best practices and quality improvement initiatives Handling patient complaints in a timely, professional manner and ensuring appropriate resolution Managing clinical supplies, medication, and in-office procedure equipment Department projects as assigned by clinic leadership Maintaining detailed knowledge of practice management, EHR and other computer software as it relates to job function Responsible for staff time and attendance data Filling in for clinic staff and support Physician schedules fulfilling all Medical Assistant/Unit Secretary Duties as needed Developing and implementing strategies to achieve organizational goals, aligning team efforts with the company's goals Leading and inspiring the team, setting clear expectations, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring high levels of employee engagement Allocating and managing resources effectively, including budget, personnel, and tools, to optimize productivity and efficiency Regularly assessing and analyzing team and individual performance, providing feedback, addressing issues, and making adjustments to meet goals Making informed decisions to solve complex problems, mitigate risks, and ensure the success of projects and operations Handling escalated issues from patients, providers and/or concerns from peer department managers Additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
