Job Summary:
The Clinical Supervisor provides supervision and oversight to care management staff across programs to ensure high quality client centered care and services. The Clinical Supervisor maintains high-quality, ethical, person-centered services rooted in Jewish values of welcoming the stranger, repairing the world, and treating every person with respect and dignity, as well as in the core principles of social work practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in weekly 1:1 supervision sessions with all care managers to review caseload, troubleshoot issues that arise, support in biopsychosocial case formulation, and provide feedback and support to staff. Ensure that client documentation is completed within 24-48hrs of service provided and is in line with all funder expectations. Responsible for performance management and feedback for care management staff. Participate in interviewing, hiring new care managers and the clinical onboarding of all new staff. Provide comprehensive orientation for new care management staff to clinical client-based service expectations. Identify training needs in care management staff; provide training to the care management team as within scope of practice and expertise. Review client charts for quality service delivery and contractual expectations, specifically review clinical documentation (i.e. assessments and care plans) for new care management staff. Be responsive and available to care managers as issues arise in real time. Provide clinical oversight to all cases
Requirements Qualifications:
Education:
LCSW or RN required 5 years' experience in care management with older and/or disabled adults and disadvantaged populations 2 years' supervisory experience preferred
Experience:
Experience working within Medi-Cal funded programs, including CalAIM or similar initiatives Experience supporting individuals with trauma histories, utilizing trauma-informed care approaches Demonstrated experience providing clinical leadership, supervision, and program oversight
Salary and Benefits:
Salary Range:
$95,000 - $126,000 per year. This position is full-time, exempt, 37.5 hours/week. Salary is commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
