In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound communication with potential patients, helping healthcare providers grow their practices by ensuring a smooth and professional patient experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment with strong growth potential. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails from prospective patients Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure conversion Provide accurate information about services, procedures, and availability Maintain and update patient information in CRM systems Coordinate with internal teams and healthcare providers to ensure smooth scheduling Track communication and follow-up activities to improve patient engagement Deliver excellent customer service and build trust with patients Requirements Previous experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare coordination preferred Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email) Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic computer tools Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong attention to detail Ability to handle high call volumes professionally Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical offices, dental clinics, or healthcare marketing Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems Sales or lead conversion experience is a plus Why Join New Patients Inc.?
