We are seeking a dedicated Care Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support in a healthcare setting. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Make patients feel comfortable and know how to help office manager with simple tasks Run social media and post throughout the week Collaborate with the dental team to maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans. Handle patient inquiries Assist in the implementation of patient retention strategies and promotional events. Oversee the front desk operations, including managing patient flow, and processing payments. Foster a welcoming and warm environment for patients, making them feel valued and comfortable with an exceedingly high level of hospitality.

Qualifications:

Hospitality or customer facing experience encouraged. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
