Qualifications:
Must possess a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certificate in good standing. A minimum of 3 years as an active BCBA A minimum of 2 years of providing direct 1:1 intervention to clients with special needs. Excellent knowledge of ABA, and experience with psychology is a plus! Must have clinical experience with ABA across different settings, including schools and homes. Clinic experience is a plus!

Is adept in understanding/teaching Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Verbal Behavior Training (VB), Natural Environment Training (NET), and other ABA methodologies and strategies.

Understands meeting deadlines and completing tasks in a timely manner.
Collaboration:
Offers team support, takes feedback well, and works well with others.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Clinical Development:
Lends sound clinical support to supervisors and the clinical teams to optimize treatment outcomes - including monitors and viewing the treatment plan, goals, and programs and ensuring they are implemented effectively.
Training:
Gives ongoing support to Supervisors and Behavior Technicians.
Performance Evaluations:
Shares written feedback to supervisors, trainees, and PSAs.
Reports:
Supports with Initial Assessment and Progress Report edits, as needed.
In-person or Telehealth Support:
Provides support as the Lead BCBA.
Weekly Meetings :
Meets with Directors and the clinical team (virtual meetings or in-clinic)
Research:
Maintains current with new research, journal articles, and educational workshops; evidence-based assessments and strategies; analyze recent trends and clinical information related to ABA, ASD, and other related disorders.
Community Outreach Support:
Community Liaison:
Acts as a helpful support to supervisors, parents, caregivers, schools, and other stakeholders; builds, expands, and maintains these open lines of communication.
Other Responsibilities:
