About the Role As an Assistant Clinic Manager , you'll serve as a hands-on operational leader responsible for supporting the daily success of the clinic, team development, guest experience, and overall business performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and enjoys coaching teams, driving results, and creating operational excellence. You'll work closely with the Clinic Manager and Operations Leadership team while gaining exposure to leadership development, HR practices, business metrics, performance management, and wellness operations.
