We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Mission Viejo. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in aesthetics, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves creating positive client experiences. About the Role As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be one of the first faces patients see when visiting our practice. This role combines front desk coordination, patient communication, and assisting the provider/team throughout the day to help maintain smooth office flow and exceptional patient care. This is a part-time position with opportunity for growth within the company. Schedule 2-3 days per week One Saturday per month required Responsibilities include: Front Desk & Patient Experience Welcome patients warmly and professionally Check patients in/out and maintain front office flow Help create a calm, clean, and positive environment Assist with patient comfort and overall experience Scheduling & Communication Answer phones, texts, and patient inquiries professionally Schedule appointments and confirm upcoming visits Educate patients on basic pre/post-care instructions and office policies Multitask efficiently during busy periods Clinical & Team Support Assist the nurse/provider throughout the day as needed Help maintain treatment rooms and office organization Support daily operations and teamwork across the practice Qualifications Previous experience in a medspa, plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, or medical office preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and able to multitask Positive, team-oriented attitude Comfortable learning booking systems and digital communication platforms ✨

Bonus Qualifications:
