Yee DDS is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Hygiene Coordinator / Front Office Team Member to join our dental practice in Modesto, CA. This position plays a key role in creating a positive patient experience while ensuring the hygiene schedule remains full and running efficiently. If you enjoy interacting with patients, staying organized, and being part of a supportive dental team, we would love to meet you. Schedule Full-Time Monday - Friday 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week) Compensation & Benefits $20 - $24 per hour (depending on experience) Medical Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Stable, team-oriented work environment Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions Confirm appointments and manage daily schedule adjustments Maintain and fill the hygiene schedule to ensure productivity Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments Enter new insurance information into the practice management system Review and enter copayments and eligible procedures for hygiene patients Process patient check-outs and collect payments Respond to patient text messages, voicemails, and online inquiries Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and scheduling Maintain accurate and organized patient records Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental front office or hygiene coordinator experience required Experience verifying dental insurance and scheduling appointments Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable answering phones and interacting with patients throughout the day Experience with dental practice management software preferred
