Skinphoria Aesthetics is a modern, elevated ocean-view medspa in Monterey seeking a polished, warm, and detail-oriented Front Desk & Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. Familiar with social media (Instagram or Tik Tok) scheduling systems, digital communication, and basic office software. Discreet +

Comfortable managing the front desk with minimal supervision while ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
Qualification, Experience, and Skills:
Experience in one or more of the following: medspa, medical office, spa, customer service, sales, marketing Responsible for maintaining inventory and ordering of products, reporting to inventory manager Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of office Works well in a very busy, very fast-paced office and patient environment Comfortable using Electronic Health Record and a variety of internet and scheduling software applications, ie:
BOULEVARD
Ability to perform multiple and diverse tasks simultaneously Familiarity with scheduling and rearranging appointments Charismatic, friendly, helpful personality, always putting the needs of customers/patients first Pleasant and friendly speaking voice and demeanor Neat, professional appearance Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills and accuracy Dependability, trustworthy, enthusiastic, positive attitude Inquisitive, resourceful, and proactive Ability gain knowledge of our services and products with ability to process product sales Work well with others in a team environment Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Welcoming patients Check-in & Check-out appointments Answer and field incoming calls, sms and emails Scheduling patient appointments Room patients and obtain necessary consents Obtain before and after photos Assisting with various office events onsite and offsite Assist with turning over (disinfecting) treatment room between patients Open and closing duties If you feel this position is a good fit for you, please send your résumé and cover letter for review.
