Location:
Multi-site / Float (as needed) Full time (40 hours / week). Non-Exempt (Hourly). On-Site. Monday - Friday, NO weekends! We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and results-driven Clinical Supervisor to lead daily operations within our outpatient clinical services. This role blends hands-on clinical expertise with operational leadership to support providers, supervise staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Clinical Supervisor oversees clinical workflows, manages medical assistants and support staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives efficient, patient-centered operations. This role emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and excellence in clinical practice, documentation, and administrative processes.The Locations :

The Clinical Supervisor will support multiple clinic locations, currently including two (2) offices in Murrieta, one (1) in Temecula, one (1) in Sun City, and one (1) in Hemet. This role requires flexibility to provide coverage across all current and future clinic sites as needed to support operational demands. Temperature-controlled outpatient clinic settings. Parking lots available. What To Expect. Lead day-to-day clinical operations in a fast-paced outpatient setting Split time between hands-on patient care and team leadership responsibilities Supervise and support medical assistants and clinical staff to drive performance and accountability Partner closely with providers, leadership, and administrative teams to ensure efficient clinic flow Travel between multiple clinic locations to support patient care and operational needs Play a key role in maintaining high standards for patient experience, safety, and compliance Contribute to process improvements, workflow optimization, and quality initiatives The Ideal Candidate. A hands-on clinical leader who leads by example and is not afraid to step in when needed Highly reliable, organized, and accountable with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing people, addressing performance, and coaching staff Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment Strong communicator who can effectively collaborate across teams and levels Patient-focused, with a passion for delivering high-quality care and service Adaptable and flexible, including willingness to travel between clinic sites The Wage. $24.00 - $27.00 per hour; will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. The Summarized Duties. Provide direct patient care, including vitals, documentation, lab support, and procedure assistance Oversee daily clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination Supervise, train, and mentor clinical support staff Ensure accurate, timely medical documentation and proper records management Monitor and maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards Support inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control efforts Act as a liaison between providers, staff, leadership, and external partners Drive patient satisfaction by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Participate in audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives This summary description outlines the general nature and level of work performed and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications. Active Certified Medical Assistant ( CMA ) certification and BLS certification 3-5 years of experience in an outpatient clinical setting 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, medical office operations, and patient care processes Experience with EMR/EHR systems (Athenahealth preferred) Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance, infection control, and patient confidentiality Proven leadership, team management, and coaching skills Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively under pressure Reliable transportation and ability to travel between clinic locations as needed.
