$165,000-$185,000/year DOE + Health Insurance + Paid Vacation Renew Ketamine Infusion is seeking a compassionate, clinically strong, and growth-oriented Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our expanding team in Murrieta/Temecula area. We are an innovative Physican-lead mental health clinic specializing in ketamine infusion therapy, Spravato, and advanced treatment options for depression, anxiety, PTSD, CRPS, migraines, and other mental health/chronic pain conditions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new clinic launch and play a meaningful role in shaping patient care, clinic operations, and future growth. We are looking for a provider who values relationship-centered patient care, collaborative leadership, innovation, and helping build something meaningful. Ketamine and Spravato experience preferred — but we are willing to train the right candidate. Position Details Full Time | Onsite | Murrieta, CA Typical clinic hours are Monday-Friday, approximately 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, though actual hours may vary based on patient scheduling and clinic needs. Responsibilities Provide compassionate psychiatric care within an innovative mental health setting Perform ketamine infusion treatments, including IV placement and patient monitoring Manage Spravato treatments and clinical oversight Conduct follow-up visits, medication management, and occasional psychiatric evaluations Help oversee clinic staff and support day-to-day clinical operations Ensure excellent patient experience, safety, and quality of care Collaborate with MD leadership to support clinic growth and operational success As the clinic grows, participate in community and provider outreach efforts, including visiting local providers and clinics to help strengthen referral relationships and patient access

Qualifications Required:

Active PMHNP license in California Active DEA license and medical malpractice policy (can apply after being offered position) Active BLS certification Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with MD leadership Excellent communication, professionalism, and leadership skills Interest in innovative mental health care and interventional psychiatry Interest in helping grow a modern, patient-focused clinic environment
