To learn more about working at NCOE, please visit: https://napacoe.org/careers/ Job Summary Job Summary The job of Site Coordinator is done for the purpose/s of supervising and supporting program site staff and volunteers; orienting and scheduling staff and volunteers; providing professional development; assessing skills and needs of staff and volunteers; planning and coordinating events, activities or projects; establishing and maintaining community partnerships and relationships; coordinating with classroom teachers and school staff; monitoring account balances and related financial activity at assigned site; maintaining curriculum, program, and meal component inventory; leading the annual Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process at assigned site; and preparing written materials. QUALIFICATIONS
- Community college and/or vocational school degree with study in job-related area, or equivalent experience with passage of the IA Exam
- A minimum of 3 years related experience
- Experience with multicultural communities, academic and enrichment programming, and student behavioral management
- Food Handlers/ServSafe Certificate
- CPR/First Aid Certificate
