The role supports a litigation team and focuses heavily on obtaining, organizing, and maintaining medical records for personal injury matters.

Key ResponsibilitiesRetrieve and organize medical records from hospitals, doctors' offices, and other providersCommunicate with medical providers and clients regarding records requests and follow-upReview records for completeness and identify gaps in treatment or documentationMaintain and organize digital files and exhibits within the case management systemEnsure confidential handling of sensitive medical informationAssist with record summaries, chronologies, and billing summaries as neededWork closely with attorneys and paralegals on active litigation mattersTraining & SupportHands-on training provided by the current records team and paralegalsOngoing support from supervising paralegal and litigation teamCompensation & BenefitsPay up to $28/hourYear-end bonus opportunityPerformance reviews with growth and raise potentialMedical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with employer contribution optionsPaid parkingPaid holidays, vacation, and sick timeEmployee appreciation events, team outings, and strong office cultureGrowth OpportunityThe firm promotes from within and offers a long-term path into legal assistant and paralegal roles for strong performers.
