We are dedicated to providing the highest quality lifestyles to our Residents, and provide a broad range of specialty services focused on Independent, Assisted and Memory Care Residents. We currently seek a Licensed Vocational Nurse for our Health Services Director position to focus on creating a positive experience for all residents and their family members by providing outstanding care and customer service. In order to apply you MUST have a heart for seniors and demonstrate patience and kindness in every situation. The right candidates will possess all of the following as well as specialty areas designated below:

• Must have experience working as a LVN with a great customer service attitude and be able to communicate effectively with residents, family members, health-care providers and co-workers.
• All candidates must pass a physical, TB Test, drug screen and a state-required criminal background check
• A flexible, energetic people person, capable of managing diverse personalities and projecting care and professionalism in all work related situations 1) Health Services Director Full-Time
• Assist with the hiring, training, performance management and supervising of staff.
• Supervision responsibilities include handling call-offs, monitoring overtime ensuring shift duty list is complete, scheduling breaks and meals for staff, ensuring adequate supplies are available and ensuring residents' personal items are properly and securely stored.
• Assist caregivers and medication technicians in the performance of their job requirements and assume caregiver and medication technician activities when needed.
