The Manager of Clinical Services works to ensure optimal patient care outcomes and drive innovation. The scope of the Manager of Clinical Services' responsibility includes but is not limited to: Evidence-based patient care standards Staff education Patient and staff safety Regulatory compliance Risk management Patient relations Clinical workflow design Education and Experience Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Four (4) years clinical nursing experience; Two (2) years in an ambulatory care setting; Two (2) years' experience in leadership, staff education, or risk management Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel Strong clinical documentation knowledge and skills
