We're looking for a full-time Patient Coordinator / Medical Assistant to join our Newport Beach team. $18-$22/hourly range Benefits Offered for full-time employees: Weekend differential Health, dental, vision insurance Profit-sharing 401k Vacation and Sick time per year Schedule Options:
alternative work week schedule consisting of 4 10-hour shifts per week Sunday-Wednesday OR Wednesday-Saturday Weekend availability is required because that's when the magic happens! What You'll Be Doing Front Office Responsibilities Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and a smile Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service Check patients in and out while ensuring a seamless experience Process payments and manage transactions through our POS system Educate patients on our services, products, and treatment offerings Ensure all required consent forms and paperwork are completed accurately Back Office Responsibilities Capture stunning before-and-after photos to document patient results Prepare treatment rooms and maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards Assist providers during aesthetic procedures, laser treatments, and injectable appointments Apply numbing cream and help patients feel comfortable before treatments Review patient charts and provider notes to ensure smooth patient flow Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Bonus Points If You Love... What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications Medical Assistant Certification (preferred) MedSpa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetics experience (preferred, at least 1 year) Experience with skincare brands such as Alastin, SkinMedica, or ZO Skin Health (a major plus!) Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Required Skills Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail Professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving abilities Comfort handling patient concerns with confidence and care Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and EHR systems is a plus Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's Degree preferred DermFx is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
