This vital role ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic, overseeing medical office management, fiscal responsibilities, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to managing medical records, billing, human resources, and compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. Duties Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent patient service Manage fiscal responsibilities including budgeting, financial management, billing, and insurance claims processing using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or eClinicalWorks Supervise administrative staff and medical personnel, providing leadership in human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality and data security Coordinate with healthcare providers to streamline practice management processes and optimize clinic productivity Oversee medical administrative support tasks including appointment scheduling, patient intake, and billing inquiries Monitor clinic supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships to ensure necessary resources are available at all times Implement policies aligned with healthcare standards such as JCAHO accreditation requirements and utilization management protocols Experience Proven experience in medical office or healthcare management with a strong background in clinic operations Demonstrated supervisory experience leading administrative or clinical teams in a healthcare setting Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic, or eClinicalWorks is essential Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and compliance standards like HIPAA is required Experience managing budgets, financial reports, and fiscal planning within a healthcare environment Prior work in dental clinics or acute care hospitals is highly desirable Strong understanding of managed care processes and utilization management practices in both medical and dental contexts Join us to lead a dynamic healthcare team where your organizational skills and passion for excellence will directly enhance patient experiences and operational success!
