Kirby Bates Associatesâone of the nation's premier healthcare executive search firmsâis partnering with a California-based health system to identify an experienced Interim Director of Surgical Services for a high-impact leadership opportunity.
This is ahands-on, visible leadership rolefor a proven perioperative leader who can quickly assess and optimize operations across a dynamic surgical platform.
The Interim Director will provideend-to-end leadership across Surgical Services, including:
Operating Room (OR)PACUSame-Day Surgery (SSU)Pre-Admission Testing (PAT)EndoscopyInterventional RadiologyThis leader will play a critical role indriving performance, strengthening team engagement, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered careacross all procedural areas.
