Job Description

This is an exempt, benefited position located at the Oceanside Clinic with coverage responsibilities as needed. Hours are generally Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and on call requirement. Eligible for the Management Incentive Compensation Plan. Comprehensive Healthcare Facility:

What you'll do: Manage a team of 40 employees and 25 providers covering Internal Medicine, Family Medicine & Pediatrics. Daily operations of the patient care units or departments in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Contribute to strategic planning of business units. Coordinate the ongoing development and productivity of the physician office practices. Provide leadership and direction to staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, quality outcomes, and internal and external customer service. Responsible for entire scope of department/location, including facilities management (emergency facilities support), where appropriate.
